After being on vacation for 2 weeks, I almost fainted at my WW weigh-in. I have gained 6 more pounds! Here I was thinking, uh maybe 3 pounds. Dang it. Now to start all over again. If I could find the darn time to exercise it wouldn't be such an issue. Here I work part time and have a toddler at home and still can't find time for me. I'm lucky if I get into the hairdresser for a color and cut. So now to revert to scheduling it in my planner like an appointment. If I had someone to exercise with I'd probably stick with it. I hate exercising by myself, especially at a gym. But the gym membership fees are killing me so I am forced to go. Question is, WHEN?
Our donor wall at the hospital was put in place today. I didn't even have a chance to look at it but heard from others it looked sweet! :) The "official" unveiling is not until April 26, but it's up there in the hospital lobby if you want to go and look at it.
I have been working M, W, F from o-dark thirty to 3p and I am not truly happy with the schedule. Probably because I'm not getting in my afternoon nap. But the things we do for our kids -- grown up or otherwise. Speaking of which, Sheena is on her last term of college (thank GOD!) and ended up doing 13 credits instead of 18 credits like we originally thought. Now to figure out what to do when she graduates in June. Will I find someone to watch Emma until I can get her into potty training and preschool? Do I finally decide to stay home with her? Who knows what will happen...keeping all the options open. I have been picking up applications from various preschools and reviewing them. Still haven't made any firm decisions on which one I want to go and visit.
Tomorrow is Emma's toddler class. We are doing something different this term, it's called Creative Development Lab. There were at least 18 kids last week when we started; and I'm hoping there are less kids this week. Way too chaotic to do hands on art projects with that many kiddos. I'll hold my breath and hope there are less kids...
Anyway, time for bed. My nap I had earlier didn't really help....!

Yo homey (or is it 'homie'? I am so not with it anymore...)
I would be more than happy to go to the gym/walk/whatever with you if you want an exercise buddy. I've been trying to haul my lazy carcass out of bed in the morning because when doing it solo, I prefer to get it done and over with before my day actually gets started. This strategy worked last summer when I'd wake up to mild weather. But it's kinda hard not to turn the 'ol alarm clock off when you can hear the wind howling and the rain slapping the roof at 5:30 in the morning. No thank you! Seriously, though - if you manage to carve some time out of your schedule, I'll try my best to accomodate that!
